    Terms and conditions

    To book a birthday party at Britannia Mine Museum, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the event. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to reschedule without penalty, subject to availability. The party package includes a one-hour Underground Tour, a 30-minute gold panning activity, and a 30-minute lunch space. Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring respectful behavior throughout the museum. The museum is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the event. Any damages to the museum property caused by guests will be the responsibility of the booking party. Please note that outside food and beverages are allowed in designated lunch areas. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
