Party Time Options
Saturdays: 1:45-3:15 pm. For a 2-hour party, it's 1:45-3:45 pm.
Saturdays & Sundays: 5:30-7:00 pm. For a 2-hour party, it's 5:30-7:30 pm.
How to Book a Party
You can book your party online on our website, by calling us at 778-859-9680, or by visiting us in person. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot, which will be deducted from the total payment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
Changing Package and Party Details
You can make changes to your package and party details up to a week before the party. We will contact you 5-7 days before your party date to finalize your requests. Add-ons can be updated online until 7 days before the party.
What Do the Party Specialists Do?
Our 2 party specialists serve as group activity organizers, energizers, cake cutters, inquiry solvers, and overall party hosts. They ensure that games and activities are tailored to your child and guests, maintaining a fun and energetic environment. They also communicate with you to ensure everything runs smoothly, making sure your child has the best birthday ever!
Bringing Outside Food
You are welcome to bring outside food and drinks (ready-to-eat and non-alcoholic).
Party Capacity
Maximum Facility Capacity: 50 people.
Each package includes a maximum number of children; additional fees apply for extra children.
Adults are also welcome, provided the total number of attendees (children + adults) does not exceed the capacity limit.
Decorations Provided by My Gym
All parties include basic decorations: balloon flowers, pink or blue backdrop, cake tablecloth, children’s tablecloth, and a happy birthday sign. For an additional fee, themed decorations and themed paper plates and napkins are available (we offer over 40 themes, including Princesses, Avengers, Cars, Frozen, Peppa Pig, Spider-Man, Pokémon, etc. Please call us to check all available themes). The party program will also incorporate themed elements.
Party Cleanup
Cleanup is simple at My Gym—take home anything you want to keep, and we'll dispose of the rest!
